I guess it depends on where you live and what you are going to do out side.my answer is yes when it's zero or below and I'm snow blowing I ware a double layer of almost every thing gloves included

I went and got extra heavy, water resistant gloves for shoveling and playing in the snow with the kids. They're really warm!

nah... i never used gloves outside..
but i used 2 thick quilts... it was way 2 much but now its getting better.. not that cold anymore
