"Pickle Power"?

Does anyone know what cartoon character said the phrase "Pickle Power?" Thanks :-)

I’m going to take a wild guess and say it might have been either Super Pickle I or Super Pickle II. Both are listed in the Encyclopedia of Super Heroes. (Facts on File Publications.)

SP I was Dilbert Pickle who lived in Vegopolis.

SP II was a stuffed toy put out by AmToy in 1982.

The third possibility, is Larry the Cucumber, from Veggie Tales.
