I've lived in both and it is Dallas, handsdown. There are more performing arts and graphic designs like sculpture and murals than Houston. Also, there is a much larger diversity of people in Dallas, erego more inspiration.

Neither. You should really think about Austin, Tx. It has all of those things and is a very inspirational place to be in as an artist.

Houston and Dallas are full of a bunch of hillbilly cowboy wannabee Bush lovers. I vote neither

Otherwise, NYC, then San Francisco.
