because my supervisor lied. Then I found out that she was talking to my co-workers and telling them what to say when they were to be question by human resourses. and then I found out that she was telling my co-workers that I was going to get fired. well I didn't get fired because they found out she was lying and now that I'm back at work, i'm finding all this out. Please this is very important to me, Can she get in trouble for lying telling , people what to say about me, and telling them she was going to fire me?

Possibly, do you have actually proof? You would possibly have a case for slander or defamation of character if you can PROVE that these conversations occured. Remember that the line "Person A told me that person B said thing C about me" is not proof, it is heresay. You actually have to show a few things:

1. these conversations did occur
2. your boss intentionally lied about you (knew it wasn't true when they said it)
3. your boss lied about you for malicious reasons (lied to harm you)
4. you suffered harm (financially) as a result of these lies

If you cannot prove all four, don't waste your time.

Based on what you've told us here, what your supervisor did was an ethics violation. Most companies have policies regarding that.

Contact your H.R. department and her supervisor. Get everything in writing.

If that doesn't help, file a civil suit on the grounds of that your supervisor made it a hostile workplace.

hire a top lawyer. and i am talking 300 dollars per hour. for about twenty hours of work you will be paid with full benefits for 2 to three years for doing absolutely no work. they cannot change your status without admitting guilt. you cannot possibly lose
