How hard is it to get a job in Alaska? specially if one has never worked and is now attending college, and is a 25 yr woman. I am thinking Anchorage or Fairbanks

Depends on your experience, education, and job desire.

Alaska isn't someplace you just want to drop in at. Cost of living is a bit higher than most places; and housing is tight.

Anchorage is the "Big Apple", Fairbanks "The Wild Wild West". Southeast is pretty; Juneau, Ketchikan, while Southwest Dutch Harbor... well can be a challenge.

Hi,
I would think it would be easier to find a job in Anchorage than in Fairbanks. Do you have experience in any jobs?
Finding work here is easy ... especially in the spring as there is a lot of hiring for tourist season, which lasts through September. Then there is a lot of hiring for holiday season.
