Educationworld.com has a wide variety of articles from many different authors. After I read the column by Fred Jones, I visited his website (http://www.fredjones.com/) and bought the book. To get an interesting alternative view, try alfiekohn.org...you'll read some thoughtful views on classroom management.

the website http://www.disciplinehelp.com/teacher/ is pretty helpful and lists many common behavior problems and ways to handle them in the classroom
