How can I repair a water damaged autographed photo that is stuck to the glass?

I have an autographed photo in a frame that water was spilt on it. The picture is stuck to the glass. Is there any way to get it off with out ripping it? If I get it restored do you get the original? The picture is water damaged and the autograph has run a bit.

there is a product sold in craft stores and even at walmart.
its called "un-do". its the only thing i ccan think of that might save the photo.- it can seperate duct tape from toilet paper.

I don't know how to get it unstuck, but while it's still stuck, scan the photo (and the glass) to at least save it that way.
