It's normal to have discharges yes, when you have the most is when you are near or on your ovulation date... that;s in the middle of your cycle. Normal discharges have a sweet smell and white to clear color. If it smells bad it could be an infection.
You say you don;t start your period after 2 months? You dhould have it once a month, you period should come every 28-32 days... every month... I think you should ask your doctor, your discharge is normal, but not the time your period takes to come.
You'll be fine.
