Personally I think fired,he didn't help his cause when he shot his big mouth off at the Golden Globes.any person at a regular job would have been off the clock in a heart beat ( my point of view)

He should be fired. In the real world no employer would put up with having a racist or bigot on their staff. But this is Hollywood. Since when is fame an excuse for hate. Look what it has done for Michael Richards and Mel Gibson's careers.

No, because Grey's Anatomy would suck if he left. He's a jerk and shouldn't have said what he did, but no.
