ok so i been working out at the gym for 2 yrs wif my trainer. all of a sudden last week wen he told me to push out my last rep i had the biggest throbbing headache. and from then everytime i work out i get a headache. normally i feel fine. so i went and saw a doctor he he told me its my muscle spasming in my head. cuase by stress and such. its been a week and i still get the headache from working out. anyone else had this problem? and if so how long did it lasted?

Try drinking more water. Make sure you are well hydrated this should help.

actually yeah, having the same problem right now. worked out for the first time in months (but it was walking/jogging and not lifting weights) and left the track with a headache that's getting worse. hope you get to feeling better soon.

I get headaches when I excersie too hard or too heavily if u know what I mean....maybe you just excersied too long and heavily, you ened up getting a sever headache, it'll go away in about two days or so.Take Tynoel

Ok maybe you are not drinking enough water, try to drink more, before, during and after exercise.... or... maybe your glucose is too low... try to have some fruit some good time enough for you to digest before exercise and after.

make sure that you are eating enough before working out...that tends to happen to people. (and also water, like everyone else mentioned.)

I get these too! but mine turn into miragraines.. If i get to hot, or to tired i get one...
