All players have strength and weakness. Stodamire is a more explosive player who can dominate the paint. Bosh is not as powerful, but his shooting is a lot better than Stodamire's (Bosh can shoot threes). Stodamire is more fun to watch though because he always puts up big dunks with Nash's help.
When choosing the U.S.A line up, the coaches usually pick Stodamire when he's not injured.
Both of them contribute to their teams a lot. However, the Suns are definitely a better team than the Raptors.

Bosh is playing a very defensive minded conference in the East and still out produces Stoudemire who plays in the wide open run and gun west.
Bosh is the better baller here.
