how much is the shipping, handling, and tax I live in Oklahoma in the United States, and do I get the membership package with it when I pay the lifetime membership fee?

I am a member and your shipping depends on how fast you want your items the tax is included and you do recieve the package when you pay the lifetime fee its pretty sweet.
