It's called semen, it's what carries all the men's genetic information, the substance which carries the spermatozoids, the cells that fertilize females "eggs" or ovules. Semen is composed of different liquids, prostatic liquids, lubricators, water, carbohidrates, protein, etc. When Semen is realeased in the female's vagina, there's a high chance of getting pregnant.

You must be referring to ejaculate. That is the semen that contains the sperm if the man is healthy. Books written in the time of The Marquis De Sade referred to the "White sticky stuff" that comes from a man as "****". We now refer to it as "***". I hope this enlightens you.

It's either Lubrication or Semen (combination of Sperm and Ejaculatory Fluid) and his 'thing' is called a Penis.
Lubrication is emitted before orgasm during arousal when his penis is hard, and Semen is ejaculated during orgasm.
