I 've been trying to get pregnant for a year and a half now, it started with temp. charts then 100 mg clomid for 4 cycles, then I tried the timed intercourse then the IUI, and the last thing my doctor had me on was the shots (Repronex, Follistim, Clomid "Clomiphene", Chorionic Gonado 10,000U, Progesterone 25mg Suppository) all at the same time, I had a big belly full of big follicles "which contain eggs" 3 or 4 in each side, and after all of that I had my period.

the only thing I take now is Glucophage 1 daily, before it was Actos.
The doctor recommended not to use anything in this cycle and said usually the body will act right and a lot of women get pregnant in the cycle that follows the heavy medication, and now I am 18 days late on my period and the test shows Negative, I tested for ovulation and it came positive. is it possible to ovulat and show the LH in the urine while you pregnant? Or may be I didn't ovulate last month even if it showed I did in the same test. Please help!

It could just be your hormones from all the medication. But, it could be very possible that you are pregnant. I know several women who never could get a HPT to show positive but an OPK would show positive every time. Here is a cool website about it:

You could always go to the doctor and get a blood test done.

Best wishes!

There is a chance. You should take one first thing in the morning or take a blood test. Or squint your eyes because it could be a very faint line and hard to see.
