Bynum will eventually develop into an above average center, maybe even making a few all-star games in a couple years, but he's still really young, and it is way too early to be able to make a good prediction about him. Also, its Greg Oden, not Ogden.

Bynum can ball but I don't think he will get his just due in LA. Kobe rarely gives anybody props for being good and that includes the NBA's elite.
There's now way he's going to let Bynum blow up and be all he can be.
Kobe must have all eyes on him and you already know this.

i really do think so and this is coming from a laker hater. bynum is raw now but i can see that he will be a star. and it is being accelerated because he is working with one of the best big man to ever play the game in kareem abdul jabbar.
if the big man game is to come back it will have to be far into the future because the current style of the nba is run n gun, high scoring offenses.

He's still 19 years old... so in my opinion, assuming that Phil Jackson continues to coach the Lakers, Bynum will become a force in the paint in 2 years.

Whatup BB JR, Andrew did lots extra appropriate than i think of maximum individuals would have predicted. He became notably magnificent in that third quarter. you could tell there's a sprint hesitancy and not as explosive- in spite of the reality that he had this rebound and prompt spring up dunk interior the third quarter that became like pre-harm Bynum. no longer undesirable for a guy whose neglected 32 video games. in terms of the spotlight- i think of distinctive gamers have had it at distinctive circumstances- (a minimum of it is not as unbalanced as say the Cavs- the place LeBron gets all of the attention- even inspite of the shown fact that men like Mo Williams could get some love too...) it purely comes with the territory. i do no longer think of Kobe has a concern sharing the spotlight together with his teammates. Random: chilly! (i'm questioning of sheets and liquids - like soda over coffee). Nickster

In order for this guy to truly shine and develop he needs to be in a place where he can get the ball on a regular basis and we all know that can't be done in LA while Kobe is in town. There's only one ball.
Bynum would have to go elsewhere to truly bloom.

In order for Bynum to be all he can be he has to be involved in the game a lot more which will be hard to do with Kobe there.
It would be such a waste to limit this guys ability because of Kobe. But what can you do?

Andrew Bynum is going to be huge but i think next year is a little "pushing it"... don't you think?
He will be an EXTREMELY GOOD center in the next 2 or 3 years though...
GO LAKERS!!!

Bynum will never be a star in LA while Kobe is there. Kobe don't share his spotlight with nobody.
