Be very careful. A few foreigners teaching English disappeared in China. Their relatives fear they may have been killed.
The owners of schools make attractive promises. Unfortunately some of them lie and have no intention of fulfilling their promises. There are good schools also, if you can find them. The students are very polite and respectful.

stay in the major cities shanghi, and bejjing. and even still be wary of your safety. nothing against chinese. but the chinese bussiness people are cut-throat. Chinese not in bussiness are nice people. and if it involes money-it is business. there are no notions of improvement of culture exchange. if there is a head ie. student then he or she equals dollars.

oh yeah never get a job before hand. do not get locked into something untill you have a firm feel for how to do bussiness in china. PRAY.SAVE. prepare. Pray again
