Is there or how can I find a database or source listings of non-English speaking company websites for businesses (preferably start-up) outside of North America/UK who are specifically trying to do business with English speaking markets. This goes for ANY business, regardless of product. I thought that maybe any company seeking to do business in, say, the USA, maybe has to register their website somewhere and I could find them??????

Let me clarify, I know the prevelance of the English language. I am looking for a listing of websites of companies in countries in which English is not the native language, specifically Asian companies such as Japan, China, Taiwan, South Korea, that have provided an supplemental English webpage in addition to their native one in order to communicate with English speaking individuals and businesses in order to establish a business relationship. For example, there are a number of Japanese bicycle manufacturers who are attempting to break into the US market. As an attempt to do so, they have provided an English only supplement to their website. Another example is Seoul National University. It wants to attract students from abroad. It too provides an English specific component to its own website.
