This is a ratio problem
9.5/2.5 = x / 1.3
Just solve for x

1.3 / w = 2.5 / 9.5
therefore w = [ (1.3) times (9.5) ] divided by 2.5

x=4.94 ..(9.5 divide by 2.5 = 3.8 so.. 3.8 times 1.3 =4.94)
