i'm tired of people playing the "racist" game because this is what people are doing. It was an accident and if she wasn't drunk or doing anything illegal then she should shouldn't face charges. Back on the racist thing, when Janet had her boobs exposed, she was blamed and no one said anything about justin timberlake and he was the one who made the mistake and that was just wrong.

...As far as I know, it was an accident so it wouldn't be fair to her. That's really all there is to say. She wasn't drunk or high and didn't' seem to be breaking any rules. We all get distracted at the wheel, it's a fact.
Celebrities always get 99% more leniency anyway, the most that'll come of that is a settlement me thinks.

It was an accident! She wasn't on the phone, she wasn't talking to anyone else in the vehicle, she wasn't on drugs, she wasn't drinking, why in the world would someone wish her to be punished for accidentally hitting another car that "accidentally" resulted in killing another person? That's just stupid! If she was white, people would probably be less likely to say such things! (I hate saying it, but that's what I really think)
