You can't know without her telling you.
The hymen breaks for a variety of reasons not all relating to sex. She may bleed or she may not. It might be painful the first 30 times, not just the first, or it might not be painful ever.

there is a skin covering the vagina called the hymen.
however this is not reliable beause this skin is very thin, does have pores, and can break easily. it breaks in any major movement, like sports. it can also break by tampons, 'fools-play'.
a good way is to ask the girl and if you are good at telling when a person lies, her answer will be more obvious than for a usual question.
ask her if it hurt her first time.
why do want to know anyway?

I don't think anyone can prove that because most females hymens can naturally break from tampon use or being physically active. The first time I had sex, it was very difficult. Maybe you should try to notice if it's hard for her to have sex the first time you have intercourse. The best solution would be to ask her.

You just have to ask. If you don't trust her, then you shouldn't be messing around with her. Some girls have hymens...but they can break from anything...and some are born without them so there's no physical way to tell if she is.
