Even though most headgaskets claim they are "no retorque", I always do. I run the engine till it gets up to operating temp. Then I let it cool back to room temp and retorque the gasket. Torque in the correct sequence at the correct setting on torque wrench. At least one or two bolts will move a little.

No, if you followed the tightning sequence properly, you do not need to do anything else. The head bolts on the newer ford engines are what is called "torque to yield" which means that they stretch as they are being torqued. When you did your head gasket replacement, I surely hope you purchased new head bolts because the old ones are no good.

the engine gets hot, and when things get hot, things move. i don't know if it's the same for your situation, but when we install headers, we tell the customer to return afer 600 miles (i think?) to retorque the bolts. i would just keep an eye on things after a couple weeks or so.

If you torqued them to the proper specifications and in the correct sequence there should be no need to retorque them but it wouldn't hurt to recheck them after running it for a few hundred miles.
