My Dad grew up in northern Minnesota, and he knew Bronko Nagurski of football fame. He'd mentioned him a couple times, not knowing then that Bronko was in the World Almanac as one of the top ten ever football players.

My mom went to school with Rebecca Broussard (sp?)
She's an actress who had two children with Jack Nicholson. Anjelica Huston broke up with him after finding out Rebecca was pregnant with his child.
My mom said that in school all Rebecca talked about was going to hollywood, sleeping with any man there, and getting pregnant and living off of child support forever. Which she has done. Go her!
Mom also has pics of her smoking pot with Three Dog Night and Alice Cooper. That was at one of their concerts though. So you can't really say she knew them. My mom was a bit of a groupie.

MY DAD KNOWS TIE PENNINGTON FROM EXTREME MAKE OVER HOME EDITION. HE WAS GOING TO SELL HIS BUZZ WATER TO THE WORKERS ON THE SHOW. HE EVEN GOT ME AN AUTOGRAPH AND HE GOT TO EAT LUNCH AND TALK TO THE DESIGNERS AND TIE ONE ON ONE!!!
