I think when the Western Conference finals come up and the Suns are playing the Mavricks, that will be the real series for the NBA title and Dallas will win! First off they are way to deep and have players that could be starting for other teams on the bench, Two Terry is underated, Howard is the most underated in the league and Dirk who might be the MVP if Nash retired. Three they play defense a lot better than to Suns do and as they say "D" wins championships! Four they have been then before and expierence is always a great deciding factor even if nobody thinks so! I hope I am wrong but that is my choice plus nobody in the East can keep up with a lot of teams from the West!

First off, lets be realistic, the Lakers WON'T win the 06-07 NBA Championship. They don't have the skill or consistency to do so. Lets be real, teams that lose to the Bobcats and the Hornets by double figures aren't serious Championship contenders. However, teams that win 16 games in a row, like the Suns are serious Championship contenders. While the strongest offense in the NBA and a nice record aren't the only formulas to a Championship season, I believe that the Suns will win it because no one has proven that they can stop the Suns offense on a consistent basis or match their offense. This year I think it's gonna be the Suns. My number two pick is the Mavericks.

I'm a Lakers fan so I wanna say the Lakers will but realistically, I think the Heats will. They basically have the same team as last year when they won the championship. I don't know why everybody's counting them out when they still have the best duo in the NBA, SHAQ and D-WADE. If you had to win a game, there's no other pair you'd want on your team. Come playoff time, there's no one who would WANT to face them.

I extremely want the rockets to win. Why great defense which channels a good offense plus they have two seven footer giant on their team. with yao hurt dikembe is doing a great job being their center. and t mac has being drilling those threes. Battier Howard are adding an extra boost. Head has been knocking down at least one three in every game so far, and bonzi well is coming right along with those steals from rafer alston. GO ROCKETS. If not then Mavs, Suns, or Lakers would win based on statistics.

i love the lakers, and applaud my boy kobe for finally deciding to pass the ball to his teammates, who turns-out-to be not that bad, i mean kobe can take over a series by himself, he basically owns the mavs, rockets would be pretty easy for them, spurs are getting old and plus we have beaten them twice already this year, including a win tommorow on abc, suns would be my only team to be actually "worried" about, they are fast and they make YOU try to run with them, but last year we held our own, and this year we are wayyyyyyy better, i guess we'll just see.

lakers win 55-57 games this year......no lie
and yea, i guess, i'll pick them to win it all this year, even though it is not a long-shot, its more like a half-court shot

I feel it will be the Suns, and my second pick is the Mavericks.

I want the Lakers, but don't feel they are good enough. Before the season started, I picked the Lakers to win 55 games.
