The eyes, ears, nose and throat are all connected. I would guess that your eyes could become tired due to the burning sensation in your nose.

Good cocaine doesn't "burn," it's numbing, that's why people do it! Chances are, when you go into the coke zone, you're doing it for hours at a time, so yes, you will be tired.
My eyes get tired when I drink espresso all night, but it's only because I'm up so late.
