~~ I cannot recommend any personally.
The last time we were in Florida in the Pace Arrow we parked it beside the Motel 6 at Kissimee (not exactly waterfront).

~~ But have found a link that lists hundreds of RV parks in Florida locations:
http://www.rv-clubs.us/florida_rv_campgrounds.html
Click on any for further information on the park.
I hope this will be helpful.

~~ I see that the Navarre Beach Campground - Navarre, FL
is located on the sand!!
as is
Bryn Mawr Ocean Resort
in St. Augustine, Florida!
Pictures to be seen.
and
The Emerald Coast RV Beach Resort - Panama City Beach, FL is only 1 mile from the beach.

Just check out all the links, many of them are river or lake front.
A lovely way to spend some time.

~~ In my travels around Answers I have read mention of different RV web sites, with message boards etc.
It might be worth having a look for one.
RVers are always happy to share their stories about drives and parks.
