A dream is the adventure of anticipated pictures, sounds, or different sensations for the time of sleep. The events of desires are frequently no longer attainable or not likely to happen in actual truth, and are many times outdoors the administration of the dreamer. The exception is lucid dreaming, in which a dreamer realizes that he's dreaming, and is typically even able to fixing the oneiric truth round her or him and controlling various of factors of the dream, in which the suspension of disbelief is broken.[a million] Dreamers would journey good thoughts even as dreaming. scary or frightening desires are said as nightmares. The self-discipline of dream study is oneirology.

A dream is basically things that happen at the back of your mind. When your asleep, a part of your mind is still active and thinking. That part of your mind controls your body as well, thats how sleep walking occurs. (sleep walking is when a passage that allows that part of your mind to control your body is open while your sleeping, there fore your body moves. It closes when you go to sleep) You feel that feeling of falling through the bed because your mind is thinking that its actually happening, then the shock of that feeling awakes the other half of your mind, which tells you 'ok im fine, im not dying.. phew'.

I think everyone has had the "falling sensation" type dream. I thought I read somewhere that it's cause from a change in breathing patterns or something like that.

your sleep cycle screwed with you. R.E.M (rapid eye movement) is the deepest stage of sleep - Dream Mode - then you went into Alpha - the first stage of sleep - where your conscious reactions to logical situations still have control. So the fresh thought of falling off of your bike was realized in alpha.

I have never had a dream like that. Your brain can and sometimes makes you fell something happening to you, like falling through your bed, but it is just an illusion

well, it comes from a situation you have been worried about. have you recently made a big change in your life?
are you worried about where you are going in your life? are you about to make a big decision that you are nervous about?
it could mean that you are steering yourself in the right direction or down the right path (difficult path), but you doubt your abilities (hence, the falling off part), and you think you will fail.
its just self doubt, i think.
be confident bout yourself, you can achieve anything. :)
ps. sylvia brown is a fake!!!!!
she was on maury recently, and this woman asked what she can do to find her husband who died, and she told her that he was in water, when he was a firefighter who died in 9/11! it was sad, but she was caught in a lie.......
...saw it on a youtube viddddddeo.

That is a very good question... I know it's something like inertia.. coming from one realm to reality... makes me believe in "the other side" because Sylvia Browne says we go over to "the other side" to visit quite often and that feeling of falling would be one indication that you were coming from another realm.
