No, anyone can see it.
But you have to be in a part of the country where rainbows occur.
Rainbows generally occur late in the day, when the sky is clearing after a heavy rain. If you're in a big city you might miss it because too many buildings in the way.
If yo'ure in a place that gets too much or too little rain you won't get much chance to see a rainbow either.
Here's a lnk about how to see rainbows. Just a minute and I'll get you a few more links.

UUUMMM No. So not true being able to see something has nothing to do with sexual preference. But Rainbows are beautiful and it's unfortunate that you have never seen one. If it's ever sunny where you live take a hose that sprays outwards and you can make your own rainbow. It will appear if the sun hits it just right:)

No that is not true. I have seen it and I am surely not gay. The rainbow is God's promise never to flood the earth again. It is very unfortunate that gay people are using it as that symbol.

Don't tell the Christians about this! According to the Bible, God set the rainbow in the sky after a storm as a sign for Noah and all the world that he would not destroy the Earth again with a flood as the one that Noah and family and the animals survived in the ark.

Everyone can see a rainbow. My suggestion for you is wait till the sun comes out after a good rain and look around the sky. GOOD LUCK!

Uh, no. I have seen many rainbows, and I could not be more hetero. (Married. To a man. I am female.) Go outside after it rains more often and you might catch a glimpse. Or look into a lawn sprinkler.

Until the 19th century, only homosexuals could see rainbows. However, with the invention of the camera, rainbows can be photographed by homosexuals and enjoyed by everyone -- even left-handed people.
