I think it depends on the person. Those who cannot see have a dramatically increased sense of hearing and smell. Smokers have a decreased sense of taste as do those with sinus problems.

I believe touch because when somethings pricks and touches you in manner that you don't like you either cry or try to correct the pain that is causing you.

I do believe it is Smell, because if you close your eyes, your mouth is taped shut and have Cotton in your ears, and your tied down so you can't touch anything then you can Smell your surroundings!
