Is this kind of stamp collectible?

On the bottom it reads "Presorted stamp" on it?

YES!

But depending on the stamp collector, they may choose to keep it or not. Many don't but there are some of these stamps that are somewhat scarce.

Probably not. Only a stamp that was printed before that technology would be, but you never know. In the future when all mail is electronic it could become a colectors item.
