Echota Cherokee? I believe they're a state recognized entity. They do have a pretty sweet language program, though--and the audio files aren't huge. The language revitalization project is based at Auburn I believe. There is a problem though---half the images on their site aren't Cherokee. A little more authenticity would be a good idea.
