i try form shooting but when i shoot foul shots my rist goes all over the place what do i do?

watch your hands, where they are placed. Is your entire hand on the ball? if so, have a little "window space" in between the ball and your hand.
also, the problem might be the placing of your hands on the ball. one should be under, and one on the side! dont use both hands to shoot!
when you shoot, go up and out, so that when you finish, your hand (right or left) should be "going in the hoop"

Just go over your form shooting over and over without the ball. Practice makes perfect..... elbows in and follow through with the goose neck........

Simple answer...point at the basket in your follow-though. Trust me..all you can get is better by doing this.
