I would either sell on ebay or maybe contact a few Elite Spas and see if they are interested in buying them from you.
I hope that your father is okay and it's nice to see that your prority is to care for your father.

Hurray for you and dad ! hope he does well with you caring for him. Try ebay and maybe sell things in LOTS, this way you could sell your supplies faster than listing one by one. OR, we have a community college here that has a swap meet once a month . you can rent a small space and use a shade tarp and a few folding tables. a friend has sold there with good luck. Blessings

Try your local newspaper, sometimes they will let you put an add in for free, since it doesn't take up room. plus that means the person wanting to buy your item will be in your local area, meaning that you wont have to pay for shipping.
