you might want to lose acouple of pounds. I'm 5'10 and 110. Losing a few pounds would make you healthier.

To get a general estimate of your ideal weight, you should weigh 100 lbs at five feet, plus 5 lbs for every inch over five feet. you are close enough to five feet tall, so 100 lbs should be healthy. But, depending on your muscle mass (which is denser than fat, therefore heavier) bone structure, and other genetic factors, that estimate may be too light or (unlikely) too heavy. you really should see a doctor to get a good, accurate weight ideal.

According to BMI, body mass index, you have a BMI rating of 26. Under 20 is too low, and 20 to 25 is just right and supposedly more than 25 is bad, but it is flawed at many times because if you have a lot of muscle which weighs heavier than fat, you're in very good shape but it'll say that you're fat. So there really is no ideal weight for a height because you can have either muscles or fat...

Technically, the weight vs height charts start at 5 feet...for a woman at 5 feet, you should weigh 95 pounds +/- 10% which would put you at 85 to 105 pounds...

good day, i'm getting weighed weekly in Boots and the print out value tag tells me my proper weight might want to be 8st 8lb - 10st10lb. I too am 5ft 5. have you ever tried weight watchers? I have lost a stone in a 6 weeks and nevertheless get to eat what you pick. sturdy success

Your weight should also be proportionate to your body frame. But no matter what, 130 lbs at 4'11" is a little heavy.

Your ideal weight is when you feel good about yourself. No chart can tell you that.

110-115 I don't think 130 is that bad.
