Oh, wow! Just one?!?!?! I can't name just one. It's like asking me to choose my favorite child. LOL Harry Potter books, Aretemis Fowl books, The first 3 Xanth books by Piers Anthony (after that they really went downhill), Dragon Riders of Pern (it's also kinda science fictiony), The Once and Future King

Definitely Heir to the Shadows, Book 2 of The Black Jewels Trilogy by Anne Bishop. But the entire trilogy is excellent.

Maybe I will try the Angie Sage books because I will finish the Tawny Man trilogy by Robin Hobb this week.

Moreta, Dragonlady of Pern was the first Anne McCaffrey book I read, and I went on from there. Really liked the Pern series.

I also liked Anne McCaffrey's Crystal Singer series. This has science fiction aspects, too.

Fantasy is one of my favorite genres. Anytime someone asks what types of books I like I usually explain, because you know where some minds go when you say fantasy... :)
