I am 13 years old and am me, and my family are very religious jews, and hang around family mostly every day. As we were in the middle of shabbat service, I felt my very attractive older cousin (15) feeling the inside of my thigh just inches away from my genital area. I always thought I was a bad person because I was attracted to her in the past. Later that night she grabbed me by the shrt, and seduced me. She through me on to my bed, but I quickly got up and ran downstairs prentending like nothing happened to the rest of my family. What do I do about this problem? Is it ok for me to sexually experiment with my cousin?

You are pretty young, but sexual experimentation at your age is sort of expected. This is the age in which you begin developing your real sexual identify.
If your cousin is attracted to you, you can either embrace or reject the idea. It is a matter of you sitting down and thinking long and hard as best you can about whether or not this is something you want to do.
She is obviously attracted to you, so the first thing you have learned how is this: she's giving you all the power to decide. Ultimately, you have the power to say yes or no. You should embrace this power.
Either way, I think this is a good learning experience for you, generally speaking. You can learn what you like, what you don't like, what you are willing to do, how you are willing to do it.
By the way: religious people on this forum will try and tell you that religiously, this is all wrong. I hope you don't listen to them. This is a real human event. You are not the first cousin to be sexually aroused by your cousin. This has happened since the beginning of history. So trust me: think about it first, act second, and be careful not to go too far.
Think. And be careful.
I would also recommend learning about sexually transmitted diseases (in medical terms, not religious terms), pregnancy, and methods of contraception.

I dont think that its "right" at all to experiment with a cousin. If you dont feel comfortable stay away from them. You're still young. If your cousin wont stop tell someone you trust. You dont deserve to feel like that, especially around your family.

I Don't reccomend you do your cusin, you will most likely regret it.

You certainly would not be the first to make it with a cousin! So long as no baby happens (so genetics don't enter into ti) who cares? Sex is sex, and doing the cousin thing is so common for lots of kids, it's almost natural. I would keep it to yourselves to avoid freaking out the family though!
