At the screen where it ask you to imput the password enter 7444. the old password will be deleted and you will have to setup an new one.

Just leave it blank to not have a password setup or enter whatever you want for your new password.

7444 will get you past the parental code, but it will ask you to enter another one. If you want to remove it bring the menu up while you are playing a DVD, go to setup and you can turn the parental control to off.
