Have you ever taken anything, for a hotel room you was staying in?

I always manage to take towel. As long as I pay cash for the room. I'm afraid that if I paid with a credit card, they would charge it to my account.

Soaps, shampoo, cremes, the gourmet coffee and tea bags
from the suites and rooms.I don't smoke anymore but when I
did I used to collect matchbooks and boxes and even 1 or 2
ashtrays.

i always take pens and pads of paper...and if i see the housekeeper cart in the hall and no one is around i really stock up on the pens,soap,shampoo....i haven't bought a pen in years now
