there are a few.
1. Just Friends (really GOOD teen movie)
2. Sky High
and all the Blade movies. The third one's the best in my opinion. I'm not sure if they are really teen movies, but they're really good. and also John Tucker Must Die.

Say Anything--transcends the "teen movie" genre--great chemistry between the leads and an achingly sweet look at first love.

I liked the 10 things i hate about you. Julia Stiles and Heath Ledger. It was sweet, funny and had alot of meaning to it.
