Anyone heard / tried this??? What were your results? Increased fuel mileage? How much if any? Any bad results?

Acetone is a myth, won't give you better MPG.

If you want better MPG, get a product called FP60, fuel power 60. You order it by the gallon, add a few ounces to every fillup, and it makes the fuel burn cleaner and better.

No, acetone is a solvent. It will attack the rubber hoses, diaphrams and o-rings in the fuel system.

I've always heard it as Gasoline, makes them run like a rapped ape. And kills your engine.
