12:00 midnight would make it the next day...so if it were between 2006 and 2007...you would be born in 2007 on January 1st :)

Well, that would be really hard. but I think that I would say I was born on the 1st, because by the time I was actually fully birthed, umbilical cord clipped, etc. it would be January 1st. That's a one in 500 billion chance, though, to be born exactly at that second!
