Without the use of cheats and hacks, the only way to have an alien baby is to have a male sim look through the telescope until they get abducted. When the male sim gets back, he will be pregnant with an alien baby.

Your sim has to be abducted by aliens.

if you get abducted, u automaticlly become pregnat with an alien baby, wheater you are a guy or a girl, doesnt matter. and i am pretty sure that if u get abducted as a child, when the child becomes an adult they will be pregnat with an alien baby. (you get abducted by looking through the telescope at night). so you can get pregnat by aliens.

No you cant the only you can get preg is by making out with a person in your sims house that u have a strong relatioship with
