the water level goes 'bye-bye" by about 4 centemeters which goes below my *penn-plax smallworld filter and pump set* (where its supposed to blow the bubble thingys) preventing it to clean the water(1gallon [dont complain just answer question])

They are immersed in it, they don't have to drink it. The water in you tank evaporates that's why the level goes down. Keep it topped up and do your water changes.

Marine fish need to drink as the water surrounding them is saltier than their body tissues so draws water out of them by osmosis. They drink the sea water and special cells enable them to eliminate the salts while 'drinking' the water

Use common sense! Even if the fish did drink the water, the fish are still in the tank, and the water is in the fish, the water level will not drop.

Evaporation and water splashing out in small amounts(like I said on your other question) are causing the water level to drop.

water evaporates [!!!!!!!!!never let it get to low are you trying to kill the fish don`t care when fish go to the top they gulp for air some can and some can`t ] [ every 2 months take 1 3rd of the water out and put in new BUT it must sit for 2 days to get rid of man made stuff in it

Interesting, not sure. I think instead of drinking it, the water is necessary for them to live and obviously it is absorbed naturally in two ways , first through their skin and then through their gills.

Fresh water fish don't actively drink water. They absorb it through their gills and skin.
Salt water fish do drink water.

Fish bathe in the water like what you would do in a spa but I think they dont drink it I think they get it from there skin?
