Fly Me To The Moon by Frank Sinatra
Fly me to the moon
And let me play among the stars
Let me see what spring is like
On Jupiter and Mars
In other words hold my hand
In other words darling kiss me
Fill my life with song
And let me sing forevermore
You are all I hope for
All I worship and adore
In other words please be true
In other words I love you

I highly recommend this one, Cygnus X-1 by Rush, it not only contain lyrics about stars, the whole song is about stars. Even if you don't use it for whatever purpose, look it up at: www.lyricsfreak.com/r/rush/cygnus+x1_20119975.html
It reads well as a stand alone poem. (at least part 1)
Space Oddity-David Bowie
Rocket Man-Elton John
The Boy With A Moon & Star On His Head-Cat Stevens
Planets of the Universe-Stevie Nicks
Age Of Aquarius-5th Dimension
