I am scheduled to have a br in a few weeks. My PS says that he does the bilateral breast reduction along with lipo for contouring purposes. He says a roll of fat will form on the side of the breasts and lipo would fix that.
I have had a hard time finding websites where people have had this as an additional part of their br surgery. I have seen the results of people who have not had this additional process and their results seem fine to me and they are happy with it.

My PS didn't offer me the lipo for the flab under my arms with the breast reduction, but I'm not too worried about it.

Scarring is invisible. I truthfully have a pal who has performed this help and it extremely is staggering. No scars in any respect, appropriate breast. do no longer run on the sea coast. Even a 36B ...Wonderbra might desire to stumble and fall on the tummy a sunburned fat dude... we don't desire that for you.....
