Well - kind of a long story... but here we go:
It would be the time that I witnessed a protest at a mothers against guns rally... i know... it sounds like a weird thing to want to remember...
But the NRA set up a protest at a MAG rally... and the police set up a tape to separate the two opposing groups.
The NRA people were loud and were drinking beer and listening to heavy metal... totally rude. They kept shouting every time the mom's who lost their kids would speak.
Then this little girl got up and sang a Sarah Maclachlan song (Arms of an angel) on the microphone and she had the most beautiful voice. She was singing the song for her older sister who was shot in cross-fire. Her older sister had been a big fan of Sarah Maclachlan and that was her favorite song by her.
Then one by one, all the Moms and little girls from the NRA side, came across the tape to sit on the grass and finish listening to the rally. Most of them had tears in their eyes.
I guess I would just want to remember that feeling... the way I saw people actually change their minds and start to respect other people.

How can one die in the proper state of mind?
The human form of life is meant to attain the highest destination after death, and is explained that Whatever state of being one remembers when he quits his body, that state he will attain without fail. We should not die like cats and dogs, these animals they do not know what are they doing here and where they are going. But we most know. Thinking in some nice memory that happened in the past it won't help.
I don't mean to be harsh, but some time the true hurts.

The day my daughter was born. Ya, I wanted a boy, but when she turned over on the receiving table I knew she was a fighter, she had to be. Fast forward 7 years. My little girl developed a grade 4 brain tumor, considered "terminal."
After surgery and radiation (no chemo, please) the residual tumor had disappeared. Therefore, I would have to have two after-life memories.

I'd bring the memory of me sacrificing my own interests for my family. It would tell my future self about the person I was, and give me guidance on what was important.
