I would go straight to Human resources and put a formal complaint in about her. NO body, supervisor or not.....can threaten to "spread rumors' of such derogatory comments...that is Slander*~ no matter what her reasons were...because you declined going to a "drink fest" with her......... I would report her immediately and try to get witness's next time she has one of her "episodes". That is outragious and she doesn't deserve to have a supervisor position* Keep cool.......don't let her see how much she bothers you* Keep record of her comments, the day, time...and context of the conversations*(her words, her actions(throwing paper in your face) Continue to go to Human Resources and to upper management...her boss*... even tho she is supervisor, she has to answer to someone* I would definately give a copy of your complaint to that person also* Let this supervisor know that it is NOT acceptable to be bullied and you're not standing by to allow her to do that~ You can NOT be fired or dismissed under those grounds~ No company will allow an employee to be treated that way*
If this "supervisor wannabe" turns into a bully when she has an audience......see if Those People will also say Enough is Enough and follow through with a complaint letter to the big boss(president) and to human resources.~ If enough of you stick together......this bully will be out of a job......and from her own doings*~
Stand up for your rights and Speak Up* Don't allow this to continue*~ It's Not Acceptable*~..........IF nothing is done after you've formally complained and this woman is still doing unacceptalbe things........I would call the Labour Board and let them know what's been going on, and that nothing has been done about it* Do not Allow anyone to walk over you and threaten you* You know it's wrong.......now you need to do something about it*~ Keep your composure* Keep on Smlin*
GoodLuck*

I TOTALLY AGREE WITH GINA.
TRY TO GET ALL THE INFORMATION YOU CAN, LIKE WIRTE DOWN TIME, PLACE & TIME OF EVERY ACTION SHE HAS DONE AGAINST YOU. WRITE DOWN EVERYTHING SHE HAS SAID IN YOUR AGENDA AND KEEP IT UNDER A LOCK OR TAKE IT WITH YOU. DONT LET OTHERS WHAT YOUR DOING.
THEN GO TO HUMAN RESOURCES AND FILE A COMPLAINT AGAINST HER. HARRASMENT IS AGAINST THE LAW AND IT SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED, PLUS WHEN SHE BULLY AN EMPLOYEE SHE IS BREAKING THE LAW. TELL THEM YOU WILL NOT STAND FOR THIS ACTION FROM HER AND TO DO SOMETHING. TELL THEM YOU WILL GET A LAWYER OR WILL GET ONE IF SOMETHING IS NOT DONE TO HAVE HER STOP.
JUST BECAUSE SHE IS THE SUPERVISOR DOESNT MEAN SHE HAS A KEY TO MISS TREAT EVERY EMPLOYEE. WHY HASNT NO ONE DONE ANYTHING TO STOP HER? IS IT BECUASE THEY ARE AFRAID TO LOOSE THEIR JOB? IF IT WAS ME, I WOULD HAVE DONE SOMETHING ABOUT IT THE MINUTE SOMETHING LIKE THIS HAPPEND.

Document everything that happens. She is harassing you in the workplace which is against the law. She is using her position to intimidate employees and she should obviously not be in the place shes in. See if you can get any witnesses to document any info for you and if she is doing this to other employees besides you, they need to do the same.
I would then go to your corporate office with your situation.

Gina is right...start documenting. If you can, go back as far as you can, get dates, and write down people who witnessed it. And report her. If she has a boss, go to her boss first with your information.
On another note, is there any strange way that she thinks she is being amusing? I know it isn't to you....but maybe she's not playing with a full deck or has good social skills.

Go OVER her head and report her un-professional AXX!
If this doesn't work, I'd pull her by the neck and tell her that she better knock it off; or she's gonna' see the other side of you!
Tell her Not to Mistake your kindness for Weakness!

Yeah....that's called a hostile work environment. I would document every incident (so there's a paper trail) and notify HR.
