A Day at the Races. The scene where Chico pretends to be selling ice cream-"Getta your tuttsi-fruttsi icea cream!"-then sells Groucho a lot of useless books on horseracing-classic! And when Harpo tries to tell chico that they're trying to frame Dr. Hackenbush (Groucho) using pantomime-too much! And then there's the scene where Harpo 'crashes' an orchestra, starts playing the piano, destroys the piano, and ends up playing the piano strings like a harp. (Jerry Lee Lewis might've been taking notes!)
One of the best non-comedic scenes though, is in (I think) A Night at the Opera; Harpo finds a secret room with a stash of instruments, and plays the most beautiful music on an old-fashioned harp. You just don't see that kind of stuff in comedy movies anymore.

Like Cherokee, I'm balanced between A Night at the Opera, and Duck Soup, though I do have a fondness for The Big Store, since it's the first Marx movie I saw...
I'm going to have to tilt the scales just over to Duck Soup's side, for the simple reason that there's no subplot, and there's so many funny, funny scenes and such a looney plot.
