This morning i woke up earlier then usual and went to take a shower, 5 minutes within the shower my vision began to fade and everything looked like tiny blocks...I had no control over my body and didnt have the energy to stand, I began to sweat and dropped to the floor. I had to lay there and let it pass. It was pretty cold this morning and I just wanted to lay there and cool off I was sweating so much. It took several minutes but it passed. This has happened to me two other times in my life. I will admit I am under a lot of stress and I don't know if it was an anxiety attack. I mentioned this to my doctor and she has ruled out being anemic or diabetic...I went for blood work. What could this be?? I never fully passed out, but felt like it very much....until I layed there and let it pass. I am 29 years old and seem to be in good health for the most part.

Have a CT scan dealing with your vision. Thyroid could be a problem ask your family about a medical history. That stinks ! I know how you feel....... There are multiple symptoms in your case, try this put your hand over your mouth and breath if you still feel light headed then there is something that is constricting the oxygen to your brain. Do you have nausea? Go to your doctor asap if your can't afford to pay up front go to the ER !! Hope you get to feeling better!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Sure sounds like an anxiety attack but could be lots of things. The doc is definitely where you need to start though to rule out anything serious.

Have you had your blood pressure checked? Low blood pressure might be the problem. Are you on diuretics ? Potassium levels could be low causing electrolyte imbalance.
