You friend is going through a very rough spot right now. The best thing to do is give her time. Time mends everything. I had a friend like her before. She felt guilty or mad after she felt she did something wrong and would never get over it. Try to be with her as much as you can, as well. Go out and do fun things, like shopping, or even bowling. If you are short on time and money, try spening time over the weekend by having sleepovers and ordering her favorite food. Talk to her. But never tell her things could be worse, it can lower her slef esteem even more and maybe even put her in a bad mood. Try to say the least words possible, it truly keeps her happier.
