is there a difference between a competive race jammer and an Aquablade Jammer?? should i buy an aquablade one size smaller for meets?

aquablades are made of a different material... one that doesn't last very long. I'd go with a regular jammer for in-season meets, then go with either an aquablade or FSII for championships. And yes, they usually run about a size or two smaller (at least for girls). Speedo has a sizing chart on their website, where you can compare suit sizes.
